Sr. Software Engineer (.Net Core)

Our client is an AI startup, on a mission to give an opportunity small and mid-sized businesses to work together and grow along large and enterprise-level organizations

THE ROLE

● Develop maintainable, reliable, and efficient code that operationalizes machine learning at the cloud scale for mission-critical enterprise use cases

• Will be a contributor in an environment that is scaling 3 times per year

● Work to scope, develop, implement, and review features

● Work with peers to improve the security, performance, and maintainability of code during code reviews and paired/mob programming sessions

● Find opportunities to refactor existing software

● Participate in demos and sprint planning sessions

● Research and evaluate new technologies, libraries and development practices

QUALIFICATIONS

● Critical thinker with the capacity to learn and problem-solve quickly

● Positive thinker with the ability to work well in a small, close-knit team

● Experience with high-performance, high-availability APIs

● Experience with C# and .NET Core

● Experience with MongoDB / NoSQL databases

● A willingness to learn and grow every day

● Provide mentoring for junior development staff

● Experience with AWS, React, Python, PyTorch

● Experience building an Enterprise SaaS product in a public cloud

● Development team mentor/team lead experience

● Ability to contribute to the long-term architectural roadmap of services

● Ability to contribute to the evolution of our CI/CD pipeline
