In your role, you will:

• Develop and propose project framework and organizational structures to improve team efficiency
• Develop the governance standards and ensure follow-ups on all operations sites
• Maintain governance calendar, solicit inputs and prepare presentation material for GM leadership meetings
• Define the balanced scoreboard (BSC) as well as the key performance indicators (KPI) linked to the operation’s strategic priorities
• Provide support to Operations management team on key initiatives and strategic decisions
• Define the yearly Operations masterplan and follow-up on key initiatives and projects
• Be responsible for monthly masterplan reviews and Operations dashboards
• Follow-up on Operations’ projects budget costs and expenses
• Lead strategic initiatives on the Operations General Manager’s behalf
• Collaborate in the key projects planification and execution for the Operations’ teams
• Lead the Employee engagement project for the Operations team

As our ideal candidate,

• You have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in aerospace operations, preferably with experience in a governance role
• You are proficient in MS Office suite (O365 environment)
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• You hold a University Degree in Business Administration or Management
• You have strong interest and good skills in managing social media accounts (LinkedIn)
• You have strong oral and written communication skills in both English and French
• You have a clear drive for results
• You can coordinate and present reviews to management
• You can quickly learn software programs and database structures (Power BI).
• You have Excellent interpersonal skills
• You are highly organized and have a keen attention to detail
• You have experience in project co-ordination and administration and are knowledgeable on project management tools and techniques
