We are seeking a dynamic and creative Community Lead to join our growing team. As a Community Lead, you will be responsible for building and nurturing our community of creators and users. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to develop and execute community engagement strategies that drive growth and user retention.

Yougc is an all-in-one platform for User Generated Content (UGC) collaboration. It simplifies the workflow by providing tools for organizing, planning, and managing UGC projects.

What are we looking for?

We are seeking a community lead to establish our community from scratch. Your primary duties will include recruiting and engaging with creators, encouraging them to follow our social media pages and join our private Discord channel for creators.

Ideally, you should be passionate about and well-versed in the creator economy, particularly user-generated content creators.

• Develop and manage a network of brand ambassadors and influencers
• Develop and manage a vibrant creator community that engages with our product and brand
• Create and implement community-building campaigns and initiatives
• Work closely with the product team to gather user feedback and communicate updates to the community
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging social media and content marketing campaigns
• Interact with creators on various social media platforms to increase brand awareness and visibility.
• Encourage creators to join our private Discord channel to build our community.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to measure and track the impact of community initiatives
• Passionate about the creator economy and technology
• Experience working with social media platforms such as Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and Discord
• Experience in community management or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
