Social Media Community Management Coordinator

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our social media team in community management and building communities across all social platforms. This role is for someone who has an all-hands-on-deck mentality, is technically savvy, has an understanding that social media is not 9am-5pm, is detail-oriented, and is extremely customer-service centric.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Stay on top of new social media trends, with an interest in how they could be applied to our client roster
• Daily community management, including evenings and weekends
• Has the ability to create, edit, and publish social media content across Facebook, Instagram, Instagram Stories/Reels, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and TikTok, and is familiar with most in-app softwares
• Manage social communities and grow accounts for a diverse group of clients

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of relevant work experience, and a BA or degree in Communications or related field considered a plus
• Experience in customer service is highly preferred
• Agency experience is preferred
• Proficiency and understanding of social media channel trends, platforms and tools, including Facebook, Instagram, Instagram Stories/Reels, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• A team player and a self-starter - the ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is easy to work alongside and gets the job done
