Sister / Charge Nurse Jobs

To provide clinical and managerial leadership for nursing and support staff across both sites to cover a 6 month secondment, in medical outpatients

You will be expected to demonstrate excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills. A proven track record of working within outpatients is desirable although not essential as training and development in role will be provided.

You should be keen to bring new ideas, be ready and able to adapt to change and have the skills to support the management team and junior colleagues with future service development. The transformation and modernisation of Outpatients in line with the NHS Plan is high on the organisational agenda.

Outpatients services use technologies to support clinics that include the Electronic Patient System and electronic records. Nursing staff are able to roster shifts using the Allocate App for the electronic erostering. This post will be in medical outpatients
