Service Coordinator Jobs

Under the supervision of the Service Manager, you will coordinate the activities of the service department to ensure quality standards are met and ultimately customers are satisfied and have an enjoyable experience.

JOB SUMMARY

• Location: Concord, Ontario
• Work Hours: From 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday
• Benefits: Insurance package, vacation, Group RRSP
• Number of positions to be filled: 1

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Schedule PM’s and small installation projects
• Forecast workload for 2-3 days out
• Dispatch technicians one call at a time
• Respond to messages left overnight
• Provide back up for scheduling of larger projects
• Compare service timecards and work orders to service schedule and GPS
• Provide back up for invoicing including pricing of service call, ensuring all paperwork has been submitted, double checking with sales reps if necessary
• Debrief with service technician following every service call
• Schedule and coordinate all service calls
• Proactively communicate with technicians several times to see progress being made
• Take incoming customer calls

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Used to work in fast paced environments and ability to be both proactive and reactive
• Empathetic and willing to deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Resourceful and positive leadership style
• 5+ years experience in customer service, in retail or the construction industry
• Outstanding organisational skills
