Senior Project Manager Jobs

Hays are working with a well-known General Contractor that are currently hiring a Project Manager in Edmonton. This company is seeking someone experienced in running various projects including commercial renovations, expansions, and new construction.

Your new role

Project Manager will oversee all aspects of the planning, execution, and completion of assigned projects. You will provide leadership to a team, ensuring that everyone stays on schedule and the projects stays within budget This company needs someone who is passionate about construction, with all the technical skills to match. Someone who can quickly build strong relationships and resolve complex issues will be required.

What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate will ideally come from a projects background or a trades background and have strong understanding/experience of site activities. Prior experience working on large builds is required.

• Five years’ experience in Project Management in a construction environment, including on-site experience.

• Previous experience working with a General Contractor

• Experience with project planning and cost management.

• Exposure to working on projects valued around $50 million and above

• Strong technical building design and construction knowledge.
