Senior Product Designer (Healthcare) [Remote]

• LOCATION: Remote - Work from anywhere (TimeZone: EST | Full day overlap)
• JOB TYPE: Freelance, Contract Position (no agencies/C2C - see notes below)
• ESTIMATED DURATION: 40h/week - Long term
• HOURLY RANGE: Our client is looking to pay $25 – $30/hr

THE OPPORTUNITY
You have:

• Ability and willingness to navigate and work on its own
• Advanced English
• Experience with enterprise products
• Knowledge of how to simplify User Flows
• Expertise in Interaction Models or UX Patterns
• Minimum 4 years of experience in product design
• Knowledge of how to build and work with a design system
• Good aesthetic and accessibility sense
• Experience with the architect of a site map or app
• Experience in problem-identification and solving with Product Managers

It would be nice if you have:

• Experience in Food Industry or Healthcare Digital Products industry

Interview stages:

• Screening Q&A + Case study/portfolio presentation (1 hour)

• Cultural Fit Q&A (1 hour)

What you will do:

• Iterate based on feedback from multiple stakeholders and user studies
• Build user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs
• Translate design decisions into style guides, patterns, and reusable components for other platforms
• Collaborate with other designers, product managers, engineers, and research teams
• User research and qualitative data to guide design and development decisions
• Develop creative ideas and concepts together with the team
