Leader Name: Director, Change & Performance Enablement

As ATB's next Senior Organizational Development (OD) Specialist on our People, Culture, Brand & Communications (PCBC) team, you will progress organizational priorities and strategic initiatives as part of our Performance Enablement team.

Our annual Performance Enablement (PE) Cycle sets every team member up with clear direction and ongoing support to bring their best performance, as an individual, team, and organization. As the Senior OD Specialist on the team, you will be accountable for the planning, delivery and execution of new and existing performance enablement activities and programs.

Accountabilities Include

• Serve as a coach for leaders around the performance enablement lifecycle, the technology and the process.
• Create tools/resources, learning materials, assessments, with sustainability in mind.
• Strong project management skills to develop, maintain and execute on the annual performance enablement lifecycle along with new programs that may be added to performance enablement
• Facilitate learning sessions and provide coaching around the performance cycle, goal/objective setting and providing feedback
• Systems thinker to connect performance enablement with other programs and work across ATB
• Translate complex ideas into concise and actionable information.
• Ability to adapt approach to meet differing stakeholder needs
• Lead program metrics and data analysis to identify gaps between current and end state goals (Needs assessment), including collaborating and liaising with various stakeholders and partners to understand different perspectives, needs and gaps.
• Evaluate success measures and metrics to report on progress in achieving organizational priorities.

Requirements

• Resourceful and solutions-oriented with a high-level of self-accountability and autonomy.
• Expertise in using Google suite products, as well as a high comfort level in using a wide range of varying technological platforms and systems.
• Over eight years of proven experience in the development and implementation of OD strategies, organizational needs analysis, design and delivery of OD solutions, use of a variety of tools and resources, group facilitation, stakeholder management and process review.
• Professional coaching certification is considered an asset.
• Advanced knowledge of principles of change management, organizational development, organizational design, and process review.
• Strong communication skills including the ability to effectively deliver information across various mediums.
• Design and take initiatives from abstract to concrete
• Manage projects and multiple responsibilities against deadlines in a hybrid work environment.
• Manage competing, high-priority demands; prioritizing workload,
• Strong demonstration of critical thinking and analytical skills
• Ability to actively engage and collaborate effectively.
• Experience in Objective and Key Results (OKR) methodology is considered a strong asset
• Strong project management
• Experience in coaching senior leaders as well as team members
• Strong ability to research and quickly obtain expertise in a wide variety of topics.
• Required Skills
• An experienced facilitator in providing both virtual and in-person learning offerings.
• Strong growth mindset, strategic and creative systems thinking.
