Senior It Business Analyst - Financing & Securitization - Hybrid

Citi - Global Spread Products technology is seeking a highly motivated candidate for Senior Business IT Analyst position in Financing and Securitization (F&S) division. This role will support internal Front Office applications from various Lending businesses.

This is an excellent opportunity within Financing and Securitization. You will gain exposure to business areas and technology initiatives targeted to re-engineer Citi's internal systems. You will contribute your knowledge gain a competitive market advantage by joining the team.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document requirements into technical solutions. Support Development and Quality Assurance teams to ensure that they have clarity on project implementation strategies.
• Support cross functional and geographically dispersed teams.
• Create mockups and wireframes to better illustrate requirements.
• Ensure all teams are aligned for a successful delivery.
• Identify Risks and escalate to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Provide demonstrations about the product to business stakeholders.
• The Senior IT Business Analyst will work closely with the product development team and business users to gain in-depth understanding of business processes and requirements.
• Plan and manage the entire book of work from projects.
• Obtain approval from stakeholders for delivery initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Ability to analyze data using SQL queries. Strong understanding of databases.
• Ability to develop strong relationships with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Clearly translate requirements for the Development and Quality Assurance teams by responding quickly to design questions or key test cases.
• Strong documentation and presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge about components of a technical application and SDLC.
• Project planning and management skills.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or similar systems.
• 5-8 years of IT business analysis experience

Education:

• A completed bachelor’s in business, Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent.
