Senior Financial Analyst FP&A- Downtown/hybrid

Our client, a large manufacturing company, public, is looking to add in its FP&A team! Exciting analysis, business cases, present to senior management, great mentor

Role & Responsibilities:

• Business case analysis on new business lines, and other corporate strategy analysis
• Support and advise divisions during the budget process, standardize and consolidate the budgeted financial data and improve the process;
• Analyze, explain and summarize budget variances; Make recommendations and follow-up items;
• Support and respond to ad-hoc requests relating to financial planning and analysis and special projects.
• Promote advanced analytics as well as using technology to automate processes to improve efficiency;
• Support the implementation and management of financial / forecast and production data systems;
• Produce forecast / budget information
• Introduce and promote new techniques and ideas to advance the FP&A organization and analytical culture;

Qualifications:

-CPA CFA or MBA or equivalent an asset

-3 years + experience

-Hands-on

-FP&A experience or accounting firm background

-Strong Excel and presentation skills

Notre client, une grande entreprise publique, cherche à renforcer son équipe FP&A ! Analyses intéressante, "business cases", présentation à la direction générale.

Rôle et responsabilités :

• Produire des budgets
• Soutenir la mise en œuvre et la gestion des systèmes de données financières / prévisionnelles et de production ;
• Promouvoir l'analyse avancée ainsi que l'utilisation de la technologie pour automatiser les processus afin d'améliorer l'efficacité ;
• Analyser, expliquer et résumer les écarts budgétaires ; formuler des recommandations et assurer le suivi des éléments ;
• Soutenir et conseiller les divisions pendant le processus budgétaire, normaliser et consolider les données financières budgétisées et améliorer le processus ;
• Introduire et promouvoir de nouvelles techniques et idées pour faire progresser l'organisation FP&A et la culture analytique ;
• Soutenir et répondre aux demandes ad hoc concernant la planification et l'analyse financières et les projets spéciaux.
• Analyse des nouveaux secteurs d'activité et autres analyses stratégique corpo.

Qualifications

-CPA, CFA ou MBA ou autre un atout

-3 ans + d'expérience

-"hands-on"

-expérience en FP&A ou cabinet comptable

-Excellentes compétences en Excel et en présentation
