Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Real Estate Industry Experience: Previous experience within the real estate industry is highly desirable.
• Financial Accounting Knowledge: Demonstrate expertise in financial accounting principles, including financial statement preparation, general ledger analysis, and month-end close processes.
• Solid Financial Analysis Experience: Possess a strong background in financial analysis, with a focus on interpreting financial data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to drive business growth.
