Atlas Canada is seeking a dynamic candidate who is well-organized with exceptional communication and leadership skills. This individual is responsible for overseeing the strategic and operational components to our Marketing & Business Development, and Government & AVAIL move management services departments.


The core functions of our Senior Director of Client & Business Services include but not limited to the following


  • KPI’s and management reporting for Marketing & Business Development and Government & AVAIL move management services departments
  • Maintain effective business relationships with our agency family
  • Lead the production of the Request for Proposal (RFP) responses to Corporate and Government bid processes
  • Manage the strategic relationship with our Federal Government client
  • Responsible for Marketing and Avail departmental budgets
  • Maintain strong business relationships with corporate clients in tandem with our agency family, acting as the main point of contact for Atlas
  • Manage the Government Service contract as main Government liaison, in tandem with the Manager of AVAIL & Government move management services
  • Chair of the Marketing and Pricing advisory committees
  • Sales development for agents in tandem with other internal resources
  • Create the annual marketing plan in conjunction with the Manager of Marketing & Business Development for the Private Client, and Corporate business lines
  • Identify and engage with prospective corporate clients


Employment Type & Hours Full-time position with work hours between 800 a.m. and 500 p.m., Monday to Friday. Hybrid work with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. Some travel required.

Skills & Experience


  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills
  • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • 5+ years of job-related experience in marketing and/or business development
  • Bilingual in English and French preferred
  • Post Graduate Diploma required
  • Strong leadership and team management experience
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, agents, and external organizations
