Senior Client Director Jobs

Minimum of 15 years of progressive management experience.

Manage a staff of about 300 unionized and non-unionized employees, 24/7 operations.

Experience in successfully negotiating and leading major changes through the implementation of a business or a system transformation.

Demonstrate strong collaborative skills with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Knowledge of French is an asset.

Manage discontinued clients requirements from your portfolio and P&Ls as they transition from the organization

Develop and manage key client relationships alongside your team

Manage the process for hiring and training new staff for client portfolio

At least 12-15 years of proven experience of managing accounts and demonstrating sales excellence/success in Enterprise Software Sales

Experience in “owning” a portfolio of accounts or a territory.

Identify and qualify product and solution leads within managed accounts

Ensure attainment of revenue and associated targets

Knowledge of the Open Text product offerings is preferred

Strategic Selling; Generating revenue opportunities by developing solutions for clients and Service Offering using creativity and collaboration.

At least 10 years of experience selling Professional Services in Tech.

Strong leadership and team management experience

Manage the Government Service contract as main Government liaison, in tandem with the Manager of AVAIL & Government move management services

KPI’s and management reporting for Marketing & Business Development and Government & AVAIL move management services departments

Manage the strategic relationship with our Federal Government client

5+ years of job-related experience in marketing and/or business development

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills

5-12 years of proven experience of managing accounts and demonstrating sales excellence/success in Enterprise Software Sales. This experience is highly preferred.
