Our CSRs enjoy a set Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm schedule, with occasionally scheduled evenings and/or weekend shifts, and earns $19-$21/hr (with room for pay increase based on performance within the first year). In this vital customer service representative role, your primary responsibilities are to answer and make phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments, and handle warranty calls. You ensure that our clients' needs are met by utilizing your excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
