Vice President Creative Services

Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer (CGO), The Vice President of Creative Services requires creativity in ideas and the ability to implement them. The VP of Creative Services ensures that the vision is created and enacted on time and within budget, and they not only manage but inspire the team, powered by systems, processes, and technology that make it happen.

How you will make an impact:

• Benchmarking budget expenditures against projections
• Drive the strategic and creative direction of the sales process
• Find new and efficient ways to deliver highly creative content that exceed the growing demands of clients while staying ahead of all market trends, including developing new brand concepts, creative marketing pieces with go-to-market campaigns and delivering high-profile strategic events to raise the company profile
• Continually research industry trends and technology across all platforms, ensuring that we’re always using the most innovative programs and techniques.
• Providing analysis to ensure the project stays within brand standards
• Troubleshooting issues that could slow down the process
• Facilitating creative project kickoffs
• Suggesting changes to workflows to improve efficiencies and reduce costs
• Led and develop a best-in-class creative team
• Reviewing or assisting in developing service proposals
• Presenting drafts to the client or other stakeholders
• Meeting with C-Suite and critical stakeholders to determine their needs

About you:

• You are a strong, decisive decision-maker. A people person with excellent interpersonal skills. Thoughtful with a bias for action.
• You are creative and have big ideas. Skills in graphic design with a good sense of layout best practices. Not afraid to think outside the box
• You are flexible yet able to stay on point. A collaborator that knows the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. Calm under pressure, including managing multiple deadlines
• You are an organized and efficient multitasker
• You are excellent in cultural change management
• You are a good storyteller who is an expert communicator with a sales and customer service focus
• You have experience in advertising, marketing agency or a corporate setting required. Digital or print production experience. Project management experience leading teams.
• Self-starting with the ability to influence, inspire and grow high-performing teams
• You have strong technical and analytical skills. Insightful attention to detail
