About the Role:
As a key player driving growth across the North America, your primary responsibility will be able to leverage existing relationships with in their current Telecom customers, finding Strategic Scope of Work offerings and use this initial positioning to bring in other team members to drive significant organic growth.
Collaboration with colleagues is essential to effectively convey the value of the business and engage with C-level decision makers. Generating further consulting opportunities within the account, working with leaders to win, staff and deliver the work. You will also help developing value propositions, differentiators, and sales collaterals.
You will coordinate proposals (with other professionals in pre-sales mode) and ensure overall quality & fit to customer’s requirements.
About You:
To excel in this role, you should be interested in a senior leadership role but still be wanting to be hands on in day to day operations. You will have extensive Telecoms knowledge of Business or Digital Transformation Professional Services or Consulting.
Ideally, you are currently working in Digital or Business Transformation, offering professional services or consulting services and you have a strong sense of ownership and pride in your performance, understanding the impact it has on the company's success.
- Demonstratable experience in generating organic growth within an account and account management.
- 10+ years of relevant experience as a consultant influencing projects, working extensively with Senior level decisions makers in Telecom Accounts.
- Self-starter and autonomous, able to work well and generate results with loose parameters and guidelines.
- Developed extensive relationships within the Telecommunications industry that will enable you to quickly initiate Scope of Work discussions.
