Overview A Senior People Partner is a senior-level Human Resources professional who is responsible for providing strategic HR advice and guidance to an organization. They are responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures that support the organization’s overall goals and objectives. They also provide guidance and support to managers and employees on a variety of HR-related topics. Detailed Job Description The Senior People Partner is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures that support the organization’s overall goals and objectives. They provide guidance and support to managers and employees on a variety of HR-related topics, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and training and development. They also provide advice and guidance on organizational design, change management, and succession planning. The Senior People Partner is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, employees, and external partners. They are also responsible for managing the HR budget and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Skills Required• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred
Knowledge
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• Knowledge of employment law
• Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes
• Knowledge of performance management systems
• Knowledge of compensation and benefits
• Knowledge of training and development
Experience
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
• Experience in a senior-level HR role preferred
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on a variety of HR-related topics
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Manage the HR budget
