Our top client in the Transportation sector is looking for permanent Risk Analyst Manager. The role involves managing risk, setting policies, staying compliant, planning transportation, improving processes, collaborating with staff, and promoting safety.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Implement and enforce risk and compliance policies.
• Establish policies and standards, create rules and guidelines for risk management.
• Develop strategic plans for resource optimization.
• Work closely with staff to develop procedures and achieve goals.
• Analyze transportation incidents for improvement.
• Identify, assess, and address risks within the company.
• Conduct safety audits, participate in safety meetings, and encourage safe practices.
• Stay updated on government safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Ability to interpret and lead based on data insights.
• Self-directed and capable of making independent decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in data analytics and trend analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel and Power BI.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships and collaborate with other departments.
• Comfortable working in a safety-first culture and collaborating with business operations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Occasional travel may be required, but it's minimal.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience, showing growth and responsibility.
