  • Maintain accurate employee records and confidential HR files, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and general HR-related questions.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management, employee engagement, and culture-building activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR processes are streamlined and effective.
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
  • Assist with payroll administration, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Stay updated on relevant HR laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
