Job Description
Zen Sherpa LLC is seeking a Regional Product Support Representative for Eastern Canada within the Machinery industry. As a Professional career recruitment specialist, we understand the importance of the right fit for the job. Our ideal candidate will assist in ensuring the timely delivery of quality services to customers, building positive relationships with clients, and offering technical support to our team. As a member of our team, you will collaborate on solutions to our customer’s technical problems while continuing to develop product knowledge and contributing to our team’s growth. Your area of responsibility will be ON, QC, MB, NB, NS, PE, NL, and NU.


Responsibilities


  • Work closely with Sales Representatives and build relationships with clients
  • Coordinate all activities necessary to resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly
  • Support continuous improvement by pioneering new initiatives and streamlining our process
  • Provide technical assistance, resolve client issues, and offer product knowledge to customers in Eastern Canada
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of products and knowledge of terminology, standards, and processes
  • Provide data and information to the management team
  • Conduct training for customers and internal teams


Requirements


  • Ability to work well with a team and independently
  • Have a 4-year college degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of related industry (mobile construction equipment) experience
  • Fluency in English and French (optional)
  • Proficient computer skills, such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Substantial experience in customer service and communication
  • Strong technical knowledge of mobile construction machinery and operations within the industry
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
