About the team:

Recharges and Utilities is a core business for Paytm. It includes 20+ categories including mobile recharge, electricity bill payments, DTH recharge, cylinder booking, etc. It is a critical business to onboard, engage and retain users on Paytm

About the Role:

The work requires the individual candidate(Individual Contributor role) to onboard, manage and retain clients from North.

Requirement/Expectation:

• Developing and sustaining relationships in Key Accounts
• Achieve sales targets and ensure revenue collection within scheduled timelines
• Strong understanding of payment industry processes: Payment Aggregation, BBPS and EDC
• Communicating and collaborating with the team to meet merchant requirements
• Executive presence to manage the CXO level interaction
• Pre Sales, Post Sale Handling
• Acting as the main point of contact between merchant and internal team

Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role:

• Open to travel
• Prior experience of working in field sales is mandatory
• Fintech experience will be preferred
• Good Communication skill

Education: Graduation/ Post Graduation preferred
