Summary
The Branch Manager plans and executes operations at their assigned facility/service center to ensure all operations are conducted in a safe, compliant and efficient manner consistent with the Company’s established objectives, policies and procedures. Ensures projects, initiatives, and processes conform to established policies, objectives and initiatives, and are in compliance with federal, state and local regulations. Manages resources to accomplish identified priorities and performs the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
Day In The Life
Respond as necessary to emergencies in the field.
Delegate appropriately to team members duties such as Health and Safety, Training, Maintenance, etc.
Manage the business function according to budget.
Hire and train quality personnel.
Provide ongoing management oversight.
Ensure that all employees maintain a safe workplace.
Ensure that all equipment meets compliance standards related to DOT, maintenance and safety.
Review drivers' logs, trip and dispatch, etc. to ensure compliance.
Develop branch quotes and provide oversight.
Partner with the Estimating group.
Work closely with the Operations Administrator to ensure job folders are complete, quotes are accurate, and invoicing is completed in a timely manner.
Initiate or participate in daily/weekly safety meetings to enforce the expectation that employees will adhere to job specific and Company safety policies.
Perform other duties as assigned.

You're a diplomatic, flexible and experienced leader with a keen eye for managing initiatives down to the smallest detail. What You Need To Apply
Bachelor's degree (BS in related field preferred, i.e. Chemistry, Biology) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum Of 6 Years Environmental Industry Experience Required.
Experience managing P&L, budget development.
Prior leadership experience.
Strong computer skills.
Must have knowledge and understanding of the DOT, RCRA, EPA regulations, health & safety protocols and local/state and federal regulations as they pertain to this function.
