Role:PR Account Manager (4+ Years of Experience)

Our clients are a mix of corporate (i.e. finance and tech) and lifestyle (i.e. spirits, design & décor, fashion/retail, sports and beauty) brands, so our ideal candidate is someone who feels comfortable playing on both sides of the court.
An Account Manager at P&C would:
●Manage day-to-day client communications and serve as an effective account lead across multiple accounts with limited senior support
●Maintain a strong understanding of the evolving 360 media landscape and actively foster relationships with relevant media and influencers
●Oversee all media relations with the ability to pitch effectively and deliver exceptional program results
●Develops and manages influencer programs with top-tier influencers across multiple sectors
●Reports on influencer best practices and acts as a resource for the team on trends and insights
●Develop creative program ideas and manage events with ninja-like precision and attention to detail
●Manage & reconcile large program budgets effectively, ensuring accurate billing of time and hard costs
●Possess strong written and verbal communication skills; strong technical and creative writing skills are a must
●Mentor and provide clear direction/support to junior team members in order to foster positive team growth
●Participate in new business pitches
About you:
●A postgraduate degree in public relations, marketing communications, journalism, business or similar background
●4+ years of directly related experience; an agency background is a must
●Experience working with lifestyle AND corporate accounts/clients
●Experience working with corporate accounts (managing and executing) will be considered an asset
●Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong technical and creative writing skills are a must
●Strong media relations skills and relationships, and track record of successfully delivering measurable results
●Excellent organizational skills necessary to manage multiple projects within established deadlines
