Position Overview
We are looking for a company connector and project leader for our client in Vancouver. This is a very unique position that enables the correct candidate to touch all areas of the organization. This position is responsible for providing support in various areas of the business based on operation needs.
The project coordinator will run the project schedule, deal with issue and risk associated with the project and ensure it is well organized and that it runs smoothly. This will include communicating with various departments in the organization to make sure everyone is on the same page.

Responsibilities
Lead the development of project schedules, project plans.
Assign tasks to team members and help them understand what’s expected from them in terms of project milestones and deliverables.
Act as the liaison between production/operations, quality teams and other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure that all projects meet needs and expectations of our clients.
Liaison duties between Quality and Production would entail being the master owner of compiling and entering data for Master Batch Records during production (Record keeping ensuring traceability).
Works with new products development team, packaging and process engineering and operation team to achieve proper launch of new programs and products.
Foster cross-team collaboration to help project team members complete project tasks and produce deliverables.
Work with clients on scoping activities, project updates and reporting.
Identify and solve problems using analysis, experience, and judgment.
Independently perform tasks with some guidance to execute a portion of the project scope.

Requirements
Good judgement skills and ability to operate with discretion maintaining company confidentiality
Comfortable with technology and navigating untraveled roads
Must be a proactive problem solver
Solid verbal and written communication skills which enable you to provide top notch customer service and connect with individuals at all levels
Cannabis experience is a must – production, operations, quality assurance.
Comfortable with technology and learning new apps and systems.
Flexible with handling continuous change.
Detail oriented and able to keep meticulous records of paperwork.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in written format with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Professional, courteous, approachable manner with a "can-do" attitude, self-disciplined and accountable with strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Software.
