Project Specialist Jobs

The Allen Law Firm, a leader in protecting the injured for generations, is seeking a self-motivated and engaged Project Specialist to be responsible for the successful delivery of projects throughout the firm. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with internal business partners (Operations, Marketing, Finance, IT, etc.) to plan and execute projects which meet the organization's strategic objectives.
As Our Project Manager And Support Specialist, You Will

• Define and manage resource availability and allocation, coordinating work of internal and third parties/vendors
• Create, track, and analyze project performance metrics to ensure completion of short- and long-term goals
• Lead project identification and determination of scope, develop project plan, drive project momentum, and ensure on time delivery within scope
• Create and present regular status and progress updates, sharing relevant information to support communication and collaboration amongst stakeholders

To Be Considered For This Role, You Will Have

• Ability to travel between offices (Stafford, Fredericksburg, Richmond)
• A Project Management certification(s) AND/OR demonstrated project management methodologies in a professional setting
• A Bachelor's Degree AND 3 years of experience in a project-driven environment
