What We Need From You

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Over 21 years of age and able to obtain Class B CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements (we will help you with this!)

We are looking for a highly analytical Telecom Administrator to manage our telecommunications vendors with a focus on optimizing our telco billing. You will review our current billing for accuracy and then recommend and execute the timely correction of any billing errors, disparities, and variances.
Responsibilities

• Identifying a mismatch in existing telecommunication services vs business needs.
• Review billings for completeness, suitability and accuracy.
• Recommending and executing corrections of billing errors.
• Create and maintain an inventory of telecom services.
• Consulting with vendors and sales departments on products, services and upgrades.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a telecommunications administrator or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field preferred
• Must have an analytical mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of telecommunications networks and services.
• Must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and display excellent customer service skills.
