Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Project Services Coordinator (8 month Contract) at our facility in Cambridge, Ontario.


JOB PURPOSE


Reporting to the Quality Records Supervisor, this role provides administrative support within the project services area. Responsible for accurately controlling, processing, tracking, and distributing critical engineering documentation received/issued to/from vendors/customers for nuclear projects and sales orders.


Accountabilities


  • Preparing and tracking Engineering reference material and ASME Code Material.
  • Scanning and authenticating controlled documents.
  • Control and distribution of documents for office, shop, vendor and customer personnel.
  • DTF Project for Engineering.
  • Control and tracking of records retention.
  • Sending and tracking internal and vendor documentation for customer approvals.


KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Access.
  • Ability to abide by the sections’ responsibilities, procedures and methods of operation consistently.
  • Ability to learn and quickly apply departmental procedures and their applications, document control concepts, electronic document management systems (Windchill), business systems, MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, Myriad, AutoCad Mechanical and AutoCad 2000, reprographic and scanning equipment and the organization’s structure and interface.
  • Minimum of 2 years Record Management experience and Access software (business and Database) concepts experience, including Visual Basic programming.
