There are severaladministrativeroles needed to support the sales and operations teams. We have an immediate need for a Project Coordinator for Installation Services at our Kent location - 10 Stavanger Drive, St. John's, NL

What You Will Do

• Photocopy, fax and maintain central filing systems and administration files.
• Provide administrative support to the Install ation Services Sales team .
• Other administrative duties as assigned .
• Process Purchase order s for special order materials .
• Manage billing and invoicing .
• Receive and direct incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner .
• Communicat e with others involved in the process and letting a supervisor know when assistance is required to solve a problem .
• Keep customers and installers informed of project status.
• Schedule installations with our installer partners.

What You Will Bring

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Ability to work independently with high attention to detail and a sense of urgency .
• Customer Service experience is considered an asset .
• Experience in a similar role is an asset .
• Experience with D365 and Microsoft Office is considered an asset .
