General Description

- The Project Coordinator – This person provides project coordination and administrative support through a project’s entire life-cycle enabling successful completion of the project safely, with quality, within budget, and on time.
- Managing project updates, change requests, and interactions with funding agencies
- Providing project closure reports to funding agencies
- Gathering project data and organizing documentation
- Coordinating and composing funding applications
- Administering approved funding agreements
- 6 month contract

- Enterprise-level experience
- Employ professional communication with internal stakeholders and external suppliers/contractors, adhering to business communication guidelines. Compose emails, create meeting agendas, and respond to inquiries in a manner that aligns with established protocols.
- Maintain the Project Manager's awareness of project developments by monitoring task progress, furnishing status reports, and adapting schedules and assignments as directed by the Project Manager in response to evolving requirements and priorities.
- Aid the Project Manager in nurturing constructive relationships with stakeholders. Facilitate the dissemination of pertinent progress updates by effectively managing resources, promoting seamless coordination, and ensuring the project adheres to its planned trajectory.
- Offer advisory insights to the Project Manager, lending expertise and recommendations to enhance project outcomes.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to formulate project plans and risk management strategies, employing tactical planning methodologies and risk mitigation approaches. This ensures the secure, high-quality, timely, and budget-compliant completion of projects.
- Oversee the project budget by meticulously tracking cash allocations, commitments, projections, discrepancies, and real expenditures. Additionally, generate pertinent financial documentation such as purchase requisitions, change orders, and payment requests to maintain adherence to the allocated budget.
- Support the Project Manager in orchestrating, executing, and overseeing on-site project activities. This includes organizing meetings, compiling lists of necessary equipment and materials, and harmonizing efforts among internal and external stakeholders to ensure project excellence.
- Uphold efficient document retrieval, protection, and version control by organizing communication materials within document management systems, upholding document management standards.
- Possess a minimum of four (4) years of practical experience in project management administration or its equivalent.
- Intermediate skills in computer applications such as SAP and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Project)
- Advanced English skills for professional environment, written and spoken
- Diploma in Technology or in a related field such as Business, Engineering, Science, or equivalent is required
