Riipen's Strategic Projects team is expanding and we are looking for a mission-driven Project Coordinator to join our team!

Our Strategic Projects team works at the intersection of all of our client-facing teams. It facilitates and executes partnership projects using our Riipen Platform to provide work-integrated learning experiences to tens of thousands of students. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting our partners, employers and students to connect and collaborate on work-integrated learning projects to ensure successful project outcomes. This role is fully remote and while it can be located anywhere in Canada, there is a strong preference for PST or CST time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Play a part in defining new departmental processes and procedures to maximize team efficiency in providing best-in-class project support and execution;
• Confidently answer questions and provide advice to help users get the most out of the Riipen platform;
• Support the team in assisting with troubleshooting, escalating as required;
• Work closely with users to ensure projects are completed, surveys are filled out, and a high-quality collaboration has taken place between students and employers;
• Support the Strategic Projects team in successfully delivering projects under their portfolio;
• Assist with project reporting in alignment with internal requirements and any formal external reporting requirements;
• Respond to user inquiries and requests from our support system;
• Work closely with the product team to relay any feedback and flag areas for customer improvement.
• Quality assurance: review student eligibility; project postings and make suggestions to improve content and supply; ensure student payments are received (where appropriate);
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to manage project deliverables and required outcomes;

• Strong project management skills, allowing you to effectively plan, execute, and deliver projects;
• Strong problem-solving abilities, allowing you to navigate challenges and find innovative solutions;
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to be process and detail-oriented;
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling you to convey concepts and ideas clearly and effectively;
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English is highly preferred;
• Proven track record of consistently delivering exceptional results, even under demanding timelines;
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and adaptability, with a hunger to grow and adapt.
• An empathetic nature, with the ability to understand and address customer concerns and provide outstanding support;
• 2+ years experience in administrative-based or project-delivery work;

Bonus Points:

• Experience in customer-facing positions;
• Experience and success working with remote teams.
• Experience working with Hubspot CRM and Intercom;
