Responsibilities:
- Oversee a private equity fund's creation, management, and growth to finance senior living community developments.
- Design and implement financial models that maximize the fund’s potential while minimizing risk.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to determine investment strategies.
- Lead the fund’s deal sourcing, due diligence, negotiation, and closing processes.
- Build relationships with investors and potential future residents.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and oversee reporting obligations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record managing a private equity fund.
- Extensive network within the financial and investment community.
- Exceptional financial acumen and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership abilities and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of the legal complexities of private equity funds and associated regulatory compliance.
