Project Controls Analyst

On behalf of our client, Procom is seeking a Project Control Analyst for a 7 month contract in Winnipeg (or Remote).

Project Controls Analyst Job Details

Responsible for monitoring project milestones and ensuring that they are met by communicating with project managers.

Project Controls Analyst Responsibilities

• Reviewing cost reports to ensure that expenses are within budget guidelines
• Collect the necessary information required to start projects
• Preparing reports detailing project status and providing recommendations for improvement
• Coordinating meetings with stakeholders to discuss project status or changes that may be required
• Establish and maintain project records, including schedule, Logs, change orders, RFIs, construction documentation
• Maintain project timeframes, objectives and communications
• Develops and implements appropriate project controls tools, templates, systems
• Reviewing reports from key team members to ensure that they contain accurate information about project status
• Analyzing the financial status of projects to identify areas where costs could be reduced or where additional funding may be required
• Coordinating with clients or customers to identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the project
• Analyzing project schedules to identify delays or problems that may occur in the future
• Recommending changes to project objectives or strategies to improve performance

Project Controls Analyst Assignment Length

7 months with chance of 12 month extension (based on performance/budget)
