Our client at one of the top 5 Canadian Banks is looking for a PCO to support the Project Manager for an Enterprise project including coordinating with different teams and administrative duties.

Typical Day in Role
* Support Project Managers
* Coordinate between teams
* Follow up on managing projects
*Providing project support to staff and providing general administrative duties as needed
*Participate in meetings with clients and task members to determine progress of work and identify additional follow up needs.
*Provide general administrative support including monitoring calendar, setting up meetings, making travel and/or meeting arrangements, entering time and filing expense reports.
Candidate Requirements/Must-Have skills
* 7 years of previous experience as a Project Coordinator or related field
* Experience with Excel & MS Office
Nice to Have Skills
* Previous experience with regulatory & business projects
* Previous experience in the financial industry
Soft Skills
* Excellent writing & oral skills
* High attention to detail
* Multitasking skills
Education
*College or University degree (Business or Financial preferred)
Asset:
*The best candidate will have all the must-haves and previous work experience with regulatory projects as well as previous experience in the financial industry
