Your main duties as a Program Manager with us will be to:

➢ Interacting directly with customers and suppliers;

➢ Leading delivery meetings with other departments;

➢ Ensure on-time delivery of integrated hydraulic system solutions to customers;

➢ Produce monthly reports on the status of programs;

➢ Coordinate the preparation of the Bill of Materials;

➢ Plan and implement programs;

➢ Leading meetings and monitoring indicators for schedules, costs and activities;

➢ Coordinate the introduction of engineering changes for routine production;

➢ Identify and manage overall program costs and budgets including standard inventory and material list costs;

➢ Perform risk analysis and find solutions to minimize impacts;

➢ Develop project execution plans and lead the various teams to achieve milestone targets for each business area.

Desired skills:

➢ Relevant aerospace experience or any combination of education and experience deemed equivalent;

➢ College diploma in a technical discipline, such as engineering, will be considered an asset;

➢ Negotiation skills, structure and organization of work;

➢ Fluency in spoken and written English and French; Italian will be considered an asset;

➢ Demonstrated ability to take initiative, manage time and priorities.

➢ Ability to read 2D and 3D drawings and aerospace manufacturing specifications;

➢ Proficiency in Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project);

➢ Experience with ERP/MRP systems. Experience with INFOR software will be considered an asset.
