We are a virtual first company and your primary work experience will be virtual / working from your home. Occasional travel to a physical office may be required to enhance working relationships, collaboration, design, strategy and alignment.

QAD has a Program Manager position available in our Customer Success team. You will work as a subject matter expert with comprehensive knowledge of the practices, procedures, and principles of project and program management. You will be strategically focused and responsible for mentoring project managers.

The position of Program Manager will require you to use your project experiences to manage and support creation of large implementation programs. You will also drive people development initiatives and create and nurture effective communication.

This position is fully remote and based in Mexico (Any state).

What You’ll Do

• Expert in understanding and coaching customers and prospective customers in organizational change management, linked stakeholder analysis and leading change initiatives.
• Support creation and measurement of program components to ensure they are strategically aligned with organizational goals and contribute to quality project implementations and customer satisfaction.
• Create and nurture effective communication within the PPM group. Participate in, and sometimes lead, a PPM collaboration forum to encourage open and constructive feedback, answer questions, promote teamwork, and strive for improvements.
• Use project experiences and lessons learned to drive continuous improvements within the Delivery team, within the Services team, and cross functionally within QAD. Work closely with senior management within Services and cross functionally to develop and improve the services business unit.
• Drive people development initiatives such as learning and mentoring. Participate in organization and practice level initiatives.
• Manage large implementation programs and related teams to drive successful project implementations resulting in high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Other Program / Supplemental Training: QAD industry certification and external certification preferred.
• Graduate Program (MBA, MIB or Masters):
• Professional degree: Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain/manufacturing, or computer science. Advanced degree desirable.
• Computer skills: Standard business applications: proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Google technology.
• 10+ years of senior project management or 4+ years of program management in ERP or Supply Chain implementation environment.
• Other knowledge: Excellent writing, editing, communications, presentation and interpersonal skills. Able to resolve complex business application problems, discuss and sell services and discuss project planning and issues with customers. Strong trusted advisor.
• Languages: Proficient in English.
