Your Roles
M&J Window Care is a growing company based in Ottawa that is looking for a project manager to help train and manage employees and jobsites. The position includes full-time hours, bonus incentives, autonomous work culture, with the ability for more responsibility/pay.
This role is for an individual looking to take on a leadership role, training and managing workers, dealing with clients and day-to-day production scheduling, as well as overall efficiency of job sites.
Training and development will be provided as long as candidate is coachable, hard-working and willing to learn.
Requirements: We’re looking for a project/site manager with a valid driver’s license, access to a vehicle, high school diploma, and preferably some experience with hands-on work (No professional experience necessary).

Payment Structure:

• High-performance bonuses available

• We offer a base rate ranging from $18/hour

Responsibilities:

• Delivering quality and satisfaction through constant communication with homeowners and business owner
• Assistance with training and overall management of workers
• Manage day to day project tasks for properly providing services to clients and supplying workers with necessary materials
• Responsible for overall planning, scheduling, and assignment of project tasks associated with the project at hand

Location: The majority of our work is completed within the Nepean area. Job sites are changing frequently throughout this general area.
