Support the Idea Management program (timely closure approved ideas)

ERP systems (Oracle), Microsoft Office, Trackwise applications, Maintenance Management systems, Automated Time and Attendance (Kronos), Lotus Notes

Translate production requirements and deliverables into daily work assignments, direct staff in the execution of the work.

May act as the Site “person-in-charge” during off-shifts, assuming all entailed responsibilities

Three (3) + years’ experience in Production or Quality Assurance.

Experience leading a team is a strong asset.

Injection moulding experience and mechanical aptitude desirable.

Knowledge of machines and processes in a manufacturing setting.

Rotating Days/Afternoons (days: 6:45 AM - 2:45 PM; afternoons: 2:45 PM - 10:45 PM, two weeks per schedule)

Straight Nights (10:45 PM - 6:45 AM)

Experience in web content management within a Digital/eCommerce focused role.

Advanced organizational skills; strong time management and prioritization; ability to handle multiple time-sensitive projects on tight deadlines.

Intermediate proficiency of content management software, SAP Hybris a plus.

Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and AODA compliance requirements an asset.

University or college degree in a related field, with relevant prior working experience within a larger retail organization.

Strong understanding of design principles, with a focus on organizational layout and user experience.

Ensures a safe work environment at all times, reporting unsafe conditions immediately to Site Management

1-2 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution or production environment

Permanent day shift Monday to Friday 7am-3pm OR 11am-7pm

4% vacation paid weekly to start

A positive attitude and a commitment to being reliable and punctual

Comfortable lifting upto 60 lbs.
