Senior C#.Net & REACT Developer -

HCOR is seeking a Senior Software Developer to contribute to the development of HCOR's web-based JMS product line. You will collaborate directly with product BAs, testers and developers to gain a better understanding of the requirements in order to develop products which help our customers perform their jobs more effectively. This exciting and challenging position requires a self-motivated and independent individual who is committed to developing innovative web-based products at HCOR that are used in the justice and public safety community.

This position will report to the Director, Product Architecture of our HCOR business unit.

What Your Impact Will Be

• Solve problems and make business decisions to perform job duties. Weigh alternatives and determine the appropriate course of action
• Work with business analysts and end users during system design to determine functional and technical requirements
• Plan development activities and monitor progress to completion
• Design, develop and support C#.Net solutions within a MS Power Platform environment
• Develop prototype applications and solutions
• Participate in code review and knowledge sharing sessions
• Communicate and review progress with project managers and team members during solution development to ensure that requirements have been met
• Design, develop and support C#.Net solutions that integrate with the MS Power Platform and/or MS SharePoint
• Work as a key member of the HCOR R&D team to develop new applications and/or maintain existing applications that are part of HCOR's product offering
• Utilize programming skills to ensure delivered code meets high standards of quality and reusability
• Design, develop and support custom REACT UI components within a MS Power Platform environment

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of software development experience using REACT & TypeScript
• Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
• Knowledge of databases, such as MS SQL Server
• Must have Azure DevOps experience
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of and experience with Object Oriented design and development
• Must have experience working in an agile environment
• 5+ years of software development experience using C#.Net
