Quality Management, Collaboration and Administration:

Create detailed garment technical specification packs by outlining construction processes, providing thread requirements, packaging details, and measurements

Provides operations with pertinent details on construction, offering value add recommendations on pattern engineering.

Fashion Design Bachelor Degree/Diploma or equivalent workplace experience

You will assist the Product Development Manager in training and mentoring junior developers

6+ years fit specialist and/or product development experience in a mass production environment

Strong knowledge of fit and grading

Pattern making experience is considered an asset

Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Manage product development from inception to commercialization: not limited to- ingredient sourcing, benchtop prototypes, plant trial, scale up

Participates in cost optimization initiatives with cross-functional teams (Operations, Procurement, Quality Assurance, Finance)

Ability to skillfully prepare- build and decorate cakes preferred.

Strong knowledge and understanding of manufacturing environment • Knowledge of North American Food regulations.

5+ years of software development experience using C#.Net

Complete and manage style BOM initiation for mid to high complexity styles from concept through to production readiness

• Making/Packing System good knowledge of Weight, Temperature, Pressure, Level and Flow.

• Experience in installation, commissioning, maintenance, loop checking, modification, upgradation, assessment and troubleshooting for Making System.

BE (Electonics, Instrumentation and control)

Writing making Recipes in Siemens Software .

• Running Simulations for recipes and routing for approvals.

• Able to support EO projects and provide the support to Team for PC&IS and Programming needs.

Coordinate with suppliers, provide ongoing management, and negotiate product development costs.

Manage design briefs, packaging requirements, and internal project deadlines, ensuring products are fully compliant

Excellent written and verbal communication skills plus strong IT skills including experience using database systems

Maintain NPD workflow with the Product Development Manager to achieve category targets.

Collaborate with Category Buyers and Managers to identify and address product opportunities and gaps.

Background in product development with a minimum of 3 years experience working with product, specifically with wet goods

Excellent time management, organizational & problem-solving skills

Responsible for prototype management, style number & colorway creation

Develop and create tech packs in Flex PLM to communicate requirements for Design aesthetic, fit, cost and constructionengineering

Work closely with the Senior TD to advance technical knowledge of our brand’s construction and fit standards

5 - 8 years minimum industry experience (preferably within the Technical Design and/or Technical Developmentdepartments)

·Work closely with cross functional teams to develop new products from concept to commercialization

·Create and develop new products from ideation into benchtop prototypes, then tweak formulations according to customer’s feedback

·Coordinate sample shipments to ensure all customer sample requests are met within deadlines

·Organize and perform scale up production plant trials, problem solve and make recommendations should problems arise
