Pony Pup Driver Jobs

Brock Aggregates is looking for a Pony Pup Driver who will be responsible for the delivery of materials using the Pony Pup from source material yards to customer projects with the highest pay in the industry.
Normal business hours are Monday to Friday 6.00 am to 6.00 pm and every other Saturday 6.00 am - 2.00 pm. You may be required to start earlier or later as well as finish earlier or later depending on customer/company requirements. Additional overtime hours may be requested as per business requirements.
*Key Responsibilities*

• Safely operate truck and deliver material to customer.
• Visual inspection of loaded material to comply with the product information on the delivery ticket.
• Operate vehicle according to all relevant highway/road acts.
• Ensure all freight is properly secured and safely tarped.
• Ensure all weigh bills, packing slips, payment and truck log sheets, are completed and handed in.
• Perform daily vehicle inspection and maintenance.
• Act as liaison between customers and dispatcher.
• Clean off all material debris from truck box, frame and fenders.

Education/Professional Development/Work Experience

• Possession of a valid AZ driver’s license in good standing.
• 3-5 years related experience
• Flexible in traveling from one yard to another when required. Having own transportation is a great asset
• Ability to communicate in the English language (read and write) with customers, dispatch efficiently and read road maps.
• General knowledge of the Greater Toronto Area.
• Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent education
