Operations Manager Jobs

The Operations Manager is responsible for leading the administrative direction of all campus operational activities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, planning, organizing, and managing resources, systems and processes of these various departments to ensure student and College needs are met, the College is effectively promoted and that administrative systems are as efficient and effective as possible. This general accountability is carried out in consultation with the Regional Director or designate.

• You will promote a positive work atmosphere by interacting and communicating in a professional manner that demonstrates mutual respect with students and colleagues.
• The Operations Manager works collaboratively with the regional employees, other College departments and contractors, agents and partners; as well as student/participants to maximize the smooth and efficient operations. Responsibilities include functions related to the successful development, operation, and evaluation of the administrative and operational systems of the campus. Operational leadership is required on a proactive and consultative basis both within the College and in the regional context. This position is responsible for the effective coordination of all the related operational services and systems. At the discretion of the Regional Director, or designate, approximately 15 full-time and part-time CUPE and contract staff may report to the Operations Manager.
