Operations Administrator – Access Solutions

Role Summary

Responsibilities

• Proven ability to operate independently and work within a team environment.
• Experience with FieldCap or similar field ticketing software is an asset.
• Builds and maintains relationships with operation staff and customers.
• Prepare routine and ad hoc deliverables for management and customers.
• Creative problem-solving and strong attention to detail.
• Provide administrative support to the operations manager, foremen, and staff within the organization.
• Update the access mat tracker.
• Two to five years of relevant industry experience is an asset.
• Developed computer skills Including ability to use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and SharePoint.
• Additional and alternative duties that may be changed from time-to-time by the Employer.
• Highly organized and can manage competing priorities.
• Maintain electronic project record-keeping and correspondence functions.
• Aggregate information from the field to prepare daily tickets and submit to customers.
• Effective communication, both oral and written.
