Business Operations Manager Jobs

Dreamcatcher is seeking a Manager of Operations (MOO) to oversee the functioning of the Psychology private practice, the Wellness Academy, the Tourism Operations and the Volunteers.

●Bachelor's degree or post-secondary education in a related field (such as business, psychology, agriculture, animal science, therapeutic recreation, tourism, or special education) is required.

○A combination of education and experience may also be considered.

●Previous successful experience as a MOO for 5 years is required.

●Strong compassion and empathy for those who are participating in the organization’s programs.

●Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

●Strong initiation skills for new programs or innovative ways to improve current practices.

●Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively with staff, clients, volunteers, interns and external stakeholders.

●Leadership abilities to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

●Ability to handle stressful situations with empathy and maintain a calm and supportive demeanour.

●Demonstrated commitment to ethical and sustainable practice.
