Channel Business Operations Manager Jobs

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Commerce, or Management.

Management or supervisory experience is an asset.

Knowledge of strategic enrolment management (SEM) and enrolment planning cycles and financial planning duties.

Demonstrated knowledge of policies and procedures related to human resource, operations and financial management.

Management and oversight of primary and alternate funding goals enrolment goals and plans, and external relationships with contract funders.

Develop and oversee financial and enrolment mitigation and risk management strategies in collaboration with the leadership team.

Experience with project and program management best practices (ex: risk, financial and schedule management)

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Cross functional experience (production, quality, supplier management) is an asset

Manages employees performing business management activities in the area of Business Operations.

Fosters a culture of business leadership, driving project management discipline, standard work and a sense of urgency to meet organizational commitments.

3+ years demonstrated leadership experience i.e. lead, manager or project manager

Related technology work experience including significant knowledge and experience in Channel Sales

Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and manage virtual sales teams

Proven experience influencing senior level partner executives and/or partner principles

Strong social skills including the ability to collaborate and influence from a wide variety of sources/resources internal and external

Experience with Salesforce Dashboards and Reports is a plus

Experience with Google’s G Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides) is a plus

Typically between 5 - 7 years of people management experience and excellent relationship management skills

Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience.

Recommends and implements financial management solutions based on analysis of issues and implications for the business.

Leads change management programs of varying scope and type, including readiness assessments, planning, stakeholder management, execution, evaluation and sustainment of initiatives.

Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed. Qualifications:

Post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Demonstrated experience with consumer campaign development, brand management, and vendor management

Experience with website management and development

Your education includes a post secondary degree or diploma, preferably in a field related to business administration.

Develop and execute customer plans aligned with the National Foodservice Sales and the overall Arla business strategies

Partner with Strategy & Business Performance teammates, Finance team and business stakeholders to drive transparency around business and sales performance

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Some experience with CRM tools and reporting

Some experience with financial services industry and relevant vendor products and services

Pricing, contracts, and billing process improvements

3+ years experience - background in sales, consulting, or finance strongly preferred

3+ years in program or project management

3+ years experience in sales or business operations, and/or strategy operation

Prior Channel program experience with indirect sales/SaaS background strongly preferred

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Operationalize and provide enablement on improved programmatic and systemic changes that support key metrics
