Job Description
Primco Dene EMS LP has been in operation for over 20 years, meeting the needs of major industrial projects in Western Canada and Ontario. Their experienced team is growing and are committed to providing the outstanding medical services that industrial projects require.


Reporting to the EMS Operations Coordinator, the EMS Operators Administrator, supports the day-to-day operations of the EMS division and assists with the administration of the Company. This is a Full Time role, Monday to Friday (8 Hours per Shift) based out of the Bonnyville office.


Summary Of Job Duties


  • Mob/Demob Medic Equipment
  • Inventory Management
  • Fleet Management, reporting and record keeping
  • HR Duties as assigned
  • QA/QC (Aladtec) reporting, scheduling, and inspection
  • Inter-Department Liaison (Finance, Fleet)
  • Transport swaps, site deliveries, and parcel retrieval


Requirements


  • Strong communication skills – Written & Verbal
  • Industrial Tickets (CSO, H2S Alive, TDG, WHMIS)
  • Fire Certifications considered an asset
  • Well Organized
  • Ability to work overtime from time to time, including possibility for onsite shift coverage
  • 1-3 years of experience in an industrial medic environment
  • Proficient with MS office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Registered with Alberta College of Paramedics as a EMR or PCP
  • High School Diploma
  • Class 5 Driver’s License with clean abstract
