Our client has been providing great employment opportunities for over 12 years with us in different fields and is now looking for an Office Administrator! They are a family owned company and recognized global leader in the metal recycling industry and looking for a candidate that is detail-oriented and organized to join their growing team.


Available Shifts: Monday to Friday Day Shift


Wage: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour



  • Maintain financial records, expense reports, invoices and reconcile accounts as necessary
  • Handle administrative correspondence, including mail, and phone calls
  • Manage document flow, including filing, tracking, and archiving project-related documents.
  • Submission of purchase orders, invoice receival, and payment requests, and coordinate with the accounting department
  • Assist the engineering director in his responsibilities as assigned
  • Assist in preparing project-related correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including project teams, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of contracts, permits, drawings, specifications, and other project documents.
  • Responsible for the department administration tasks and document control
  • Assist project teams in retrieving and accessing relevant documents when required.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
  • Document Control and Record Keeping; maintain document control procedures for construction projects.
  • Support the Director in preparing financial reports and summaries also contact Accounting
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and assist in documenting meeting minutes.


Are you Qualified?


  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of construction processes, terminology, and documentation is beneficial
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software
  • Must have experience working with Construction management, or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered)
  • Previous experience as a Project Administrator/Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably in the construction industry
