The Role
You will work collaboratively with the Geelong team, assisting in day-to-day coordination and organisation between two young and driven business units.
Your Impact
Your impact will benefit our Geelong office as you coordinate general admin duties but also assist project teams with finance admin tasks.
Your Every Day
  • General office admin and support
  • Coding costs, issuing PO' and coding invoices
  • Staff leave & calendar management
  • Assisting with logistics scheduler (trucking and bin booking when required)
  • Ordering office amenities as well as stationary, cleaning supplies and uniforms
Who are you?
  • Fun and hard working attitude
  • Ability to reach out Geelong office
  • Adept with computer use
  • Intermediate-above clerical skills
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced office environment
