Your Responsibilities will include:

• Facebook ad campaigns
• Manage CRM and email marketing campaigns as directed by the Account Manager/s
• Ensuring all B2C reports and analyses are accurate and submitted on time.
• Assist the Account Manager/s in developing, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns for Ooze and its clients by:
• Ensuring timely publishing of content across channels.
• Integrate marketing technology products and monitor the platform data to ensure the client’s budget is being maximized for the best ROI possible
• Ensuring all marketing asset uploads and distributions are completed promptly
• CRM email automation sequences
• Assisting with email marketing calendar and automated email projects.
• Implement CRM software to better help identify & target customer, prospect, and vendor opportunities. This includes updating all customer opportunities in CRM
• Work with the Account Manager/s to develop, implement, and track leadand sales generation programs across multiple channels including email, social media, digital advertising, event sponsorship, webinars, and events
• Google ad campaigns
• LinkedIn ad campaigns

Skills Required:

• Canva (for social image posts and other web collaterals)
• Basic experience in developing landing pages in WordPress is a plus
• Working experience and knowledge in the use of the following tools and software is recommended, but not essential:
• Google Workspace apps such as Google Drive, Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs and Google Sheets
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Knowledge in using automation tools such as Zapier
• 3+ years of experience working in a similar role or industry
• Experience with Facebook and Instagram services, including Ad Manager, Business Manager, Audience Insights, Facebook Analytics, and Facebook Pixels.
• Experience working with a digital agency is a plus
• Basic knowledge in the use of workflow or task management tools such as Monday.com and/or Trello (or similar tools)
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
