Your new role

As a Market Manager, you will be responsible for creating the strategy for the Beyond Beer portfolio in the BC market and putting together go-to-market plans for the district sales team. An important part of the role is influencing and consulting with the district sales manager and their team to carry out the plans effectively and to give sufficient priority to the Beyond Beer sector.

Responsibilities:

• Manage investment in the region and optimize Return on Investment
• Drive strategy within the region (Key Accounts, Trade Marketing, Business Intelligence, Field Sales).
• Owner of Beyond Beer Budget for the Sales and Trade package
• Enable & Track Means & Results with Team at Regional & District level (accountability)
• Monitor & Support Vol & Share LE Mgmt.
• Member of regional Steer Co. (performance management).
• Led routine BB team training, development, insights & BP sharing.
• Support Key Account planning cycles and present as an expert as needed.
• Lead pricing architecture, index, and tactical focus.
• In-market coaching of Sales Managers and Sales Reps
• Own the portfolio & SKU rationalization for the Region.
• Deliver Share & Net/Rev through Regional Sales Force
• Lead 1YP for BB business, while enabling regional priorities and connecting to National strategy

What you’ll need to succeed

• Pricing/portfolio management experience
• In-market execution/coaching experience
• Experience directly in the RTD (Ready to Drink) industry.
• Team/Rep management or distribution agency management experience
• Budget (vol) building and management experience.
